(LEBANON, Ill. – MARCH 24) – The McKendree University women’s basketball team had three team members earn Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete honors and one player named NAIA Honorable Mention All-America on Tuesday following the NAIA Women’s Basketball National Championship game.

(JACKSON, Tenn., March 17) – Freshman forward Courtney Harris (St. Louis, Mo./St. Joseph Academy) scored a career-high 19 points, but an early 14-0 run by Southern Polytechnic State University was the difference in a 62-52 loss for the McKendree University Bearcats in the first round at the NAIA Women’s Basketball National Tournament.

(LEBANON, Ill. – MARCH 8) – McKendree University head women’s basketball coach Melissa Ringhausen and freshman forward Courtney Harris (St. Louis, Mo./St., Joseph’s Academy) were named American Midwest Conference Coach and Freshman of the Year on March 8^th. McKendree also had two player’s named First-Team All-Conference and 10 earn Academic All-Conference awards.
